Well, it’s about time you stop compromising! Take your boring old belt and customize it to your liking!

Take the old belt and trace it out on some old paper to use as your design template. Write out words or statements or draw our your designs with colored markers or pens,, making adjustments as you go along to make your perfect belt that it yours and reflects your personality. Once you’ve got the design you love, use a pencil and draw it out on your actual belt.

Then comes the fun part, using a good brand of glue, stick on your studs to spell out the words or draw out the designs. You can go absolutely crazy and buy a few colored studs, add ribbons and whatever other things you’d like to get your perfect belt.

Most of the time, the buckle is removable, so you can easily replace it with something that meets your fancy from any second hand store or from a different belt. To add more to it, you could decorate the buckle as well with jewels and sparkles.

If you’d like to add some rings and hoops to your belt, mark the spots with your pencil, then carefully push a needle or a pin through until you get a nice and neat hole and then insert the hoops or rings. You could even replace the buckle with two hoops at adjustable length for a little extra style.
